Refunds and returns

No refunds or returns is applicable for Digital goods. However, if a voucher or a QR code doesn’t work then the seller is obliged to provide a replacement.

Prepayment required

All Digital goods can only be purchased through prepayment. The product is only delivered once the payment is made.

All products are digitally delivered

The seller must send all vouchers online as physical delivery is not available as an option.

EMS:

There are 2 types of Digital Goods. The seller needs to make a screen recording of checking the product on its related website just minutes before delivering.
